I don't feel exaltation, but bitter sadness about all the wasted lives, time, money, and everything else. Thanks, Joe. Libertarians cried about it, but you did it. Glad I voted for you.
Now comes the next step. If we want Afghan women and others to live here in freedom, we have to elect Democrats. They would be here already if we had a strong Democratic majority. Republicans are racist and Islamophobic. We have a bare majority, and getting anything done is very hard with Republicans who actually want to bring down the government and replace it with dictatorship.
If you want to BE a good Jew, or Christian, Muslim, pagan, Buddhist, humanist, or libertarian, vote Democratic.
Democrats are often wrong, but Republicans are actually evil.
